Mr. Martin has a litigation practice in Oakland, CA. He is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, who earned his B.A. from the University of California and obtained his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law in New York City. Mr. Martin worked as an associate for a Wall Street litigation firm then returned to California in 2007 to start his own practice.
Mr. Martin created BAYCONSUMERLAW.COM as an effort to provide useful legal information tailored to the local community and with hope that it will help to achieve the objectives associated with his pro bono work and his commitment to public interest law.
