Attorney David W. Martin

Mr. Martin is a native of the Bay Area and a graduate of Fordham University School of Law in New York City.  Mr. Martin became a member of the Bar in California after a decade of practice in New York.

Mr. Martin worked at a Wall Street litigation firm for several years prior to starting his practice in California and has represented hundreds of governmental, institutional, corporate, and individual clients. He has also made pro bono work a vital component of his practice, volunteering his time to various charitable and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Martin currently runs his own litigation practice in Oakland, California.
